Batman and Wolverine Crossover: A Battle for Justice

The streets of Gotham City are never quiet, but when the Punisher arrives, things get deadly. In this Batman and Wolverine crossover story, two vigilantes clash in a battle that will leave only one standing.

It starts with a group of criminals attempting to explain themselves to the authorities, but before they can finish, the Joker emerges from nowhere and puts them out of their misery. Meanwhile, another criminal flees to Chuckles Comedy Club, where he tells Jigsaw about his encounter with the Punisher. The Punisher, fueled by rage and a desire for justice, continues his fight against Batman.

As the two vigilantes engage in battle, it becomes clear that they are evenly matched. But just as the Punisher gains the upper hand, Batman throws him across the room, sending him crashing to the ground. Undeterred, the Punisher gets back up and demands to know what brought him to Gotham City.

The criminal, however, refuses to cooperate, claiming he knows nothing. The Punisher prepares to execute him, but before he can deliver the fatal blow, Batman swoops in from above, attacking the Punisher and allowing the criminal to escape. Back at the police station, Castle is questioning the criminal, trying to get to the bottom of the conspiracy that brought the Punisher to town.

Meanwhile, Batman is dealing with the aftermath of an explosion at a local factory, which has sent smoke billowing into the air. As he investigates, he discovers that the Punisher was involved in a gunfight with various criminals, and that the police are closing in on their location.

In the end, it's up to Frank Castle, aka the Punisher, to decide who will live or die. In a desperate bid to take out all of the remaining criminals, he sets his sights on a chemical vat, preparing to detonate an explosion that will wipe them all out. But as the dust settles, only one question remains: who can you turn to in a city where justice is a distant memory?
